Looking for UK Buyers for Indian Products? We’ll Represent You

We act as the UK agent for selected Indian manufacturers and producers. We find the importers, distributors and wholesalers who buy your kind of product, present your range, negotiate with your approval and follow every order. You stay the seller.

How we find UK buyers for Indian products

Most Indian producers who struggle in the UK don’t have a product problem. They don’t know which UK businesses import their kind of product, what those buyers will ask for, or how to keep a deal moving from thousands of miles away. That’s the gap we fill. We learn your products, check they’re right for UK buyers, and then represent you to the businesses that buy them.

The gap we fill

We work with small and mid-sized manufacturers and producers that already export, or are ready to. We’re starting with food and drink, and we consider other sectors case by case. What matters most is consistent quality, complete paperwork and a real commitment to serving UK buyers well.

Who we work with

The right UK buyers

We approach importers, distributors, wholesalers and foodservice buyers that already buy your kind of product, and qualify every enquiry before it reaches you.

Why work with Anchor Exim

Ready before the first sample

We tell you what UK buyers will ask for, such as specifications, test reports, labelling and shelf life, and check your information pack is complete before anything is sent. Your freight forwarder ships and the UK buyer imports.

On your side, in your time zone

We handle UK calls, meetings and follow-ups, and report back to you regularly in plain language.

Is your product ready for the UK?

UK buyers will ask for most of these before they place a first order:

  • Valid export registrations and licences for your product (for example IEC, and FSSAI for food)

  • Product specifications in English

  • Test or analysis reports where your product needs them

  • An export price list, and samples you can send

  • Minimum order quantities and realistic lead times

  • Labels and packaging you’re willing to adapt to UK requirements

  • Some export experience (helpful, not essential)

Not there yet?

If your product needs work before UK buyers will consider it, we can help you prepare as a separate service, quoted in writing before any work begins. It’s optional, and it is never a condition of representation.

How we work with you

Five short steps:

  1. Tell us about your products using the form below.

  2. We review UK fit. You’ll get an honest answer, even if it’s “not yet”.

  3. We agree terms in writing. A representation agreement is signed before we approach any buyer.

  4. We introduce your products to UK buyers, with samples and price discussions.

  5. Orders and follow-up. Orders are placed through us and invoiced by you, and we follow every order and repeat order.

How we're paid

For producers whose products are ready for UK buyers, we work on commission on the orders we win, agreed in writing before we start. If your products need preparation first, such as labelling, testing, specifications or export pricing, we can help as a separate service, quoted before any work begins.
